A modern hotel with elevators and easy access to rooms with luggage. Beds were comfortable. Outlets near nightstand convenient for charging phones. Large room. Wonderful breakfast. Underground parking with elevator to lobby. Staff friendly.

Good location with clean room and facilities. The breakfast was really nice and the staff was very helpful and accommodating (despite the language barrier). Excellent value for the price - even included local bus tickets.

Whilst the hotel met our expectations and the location and bus shuttle was fantastic, what let the hotel down was the service at dinner. My advice would be to ask staff to repeat your order. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on 3 evenings. The first was great, the second evening we did not get exactly what we ordered, 2 portions of rice instead of fries and on our final evening I did not get my order at all, also our wine did not arrive. No one noticed that my husband and daughter had received their food and I was sat with a place setting but no food. It was impossible to try to get staffs attention. When I finally managed to speak to staff I was told the waitress had ‘forgotten’ to put my order through. Whilst I appreciate mistakes happen, how did no one notice I had no food whilst my family were eating? The manager came over and apologised and a meal arrived long after my family had finished eating, the wine did not appear at all. The restaurant really needs to up its game in terms of service as this is not acceptable and did spoil the last evening of my holiday.

The room was well appointed, regularly cleaned with comfortable beds and a balcony looking out to the mountains. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice on offer, including hot and cold food. The hotel is located on the main thoroughfare with regular buses available using the Davos Klosters Guest card.

We went on the first week of the Ski season and I believe the price was very low to what it normally is. The hotel is new and facilities are minimun so that it reaches its stars requirement.

We were welcome with a friendly and helpful staff at the reception (Katerina, I think). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and the option to order omelettes or fried eggs from the kitchen. Again staff were very friendly and efficient here. Although the hotel is located between two train stations, the complimentary bus pass make it up and the walk to either station is within 20 minutes. Not a problem especially in the summer.

The bus stops very close to the hotel. The building is located on the main street of the city, and very close to the train station Dorf. Clean structure and a nice SPA area. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Nice room with big and comfortable bed
